Rolston is a great role model for our children. Born and raised in West Bay, he attended John A. Cumber Primary and Cayman Islands High School. He graduated with honours from Ohio State University, and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and the Golden Key Honor Societies. He returned home to Cayman and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examinations on his first attempt. His overseas education and 18-month work assignment in New York City helped to shape Rolston’s perspective on international issues while strengthening his love of Cayman’s culture and lifestyle.
Rolston is a strong and effective leader in the legislature. On key issues such as health insurance, interest rates and mortgage lending practices, labour, immigration, paternal affiliation and first time land and home ownership, Rolston has fought for the average Caymanian family and the rights of women and children. His strong voice on finance, budget and government accountability issues has distinguished him as an influential legislator.
Rolston is committed to helping families and communities. As a member of the legislature, Rolston fights to keep our communities safe and healthy. He has advocated on behalf of more effective policing and worked to clean up known drug areas. He is committed to protecting our families and communities and preserving our quality of life. Rolston and his wife Shena attend Wesleyan Holiness Church with their three daughters; Sherol, Sherena and Sherise.
